Our mobile application, “SEEDO” found on Google Play and Apple Store and our website found under the URL “www.seedo.io” are the properties of and operated by SEEDO PVT. LTD.

All references to “we”, “us” and “our” shall be deemed to be references to SEEDO PVT. LTD and references to “you” and “your” shall be deemed to be references to customers placing an order using “SEEDO” application and to visitor on the above mentioned website for information.

The following terms and conditions apply to all users of the “SEEDO” application and “www.seedo.io.” website for today or in the future. By placing an order with us you agree to have read, understood and accepted to these terms and conditions.

By putting in a request with us and ordering from our application, you consent to have perused, comprehended and acknowledged to these terms and conditions. We also suggest you to make a note of them, as these are liable to change whenever without notice in the future, it is your duty to check this page before any utilization or purchase. In the event that you have any questions with respect to our terms and conditions, you are requested to get in touch with our team for further correspondence.

  • SEEDO offers tailoring services for users of our application which does not encompass provision for fabric sale and/or purchase.
  • Above mentioned tailoring service is available only for users who download the application from Google Play and/or Apple Store onto their mobile devices.
Offers & Discounts
  • Any promotional code or discount offer is valid only for the mentioned timeline and is not applicable outside the duration.
  • SEEDO does not offer any kind of exchange or refund policy for orders purchased during sale period and discount campaigns.
  • Promotional discount codes are not valid for sale items.
  • All orders are subject to vendor availability and acceptance by SEEDO PVT. LTD.
  • The prices and availability of clothing patterns are subject to change without notice.
  • You confirm that all your purchases made through SEEDO application are ordered by you, and are for your own private and domestic use only and are not for resale.
  • Where a promotional code has been used as payment, your bill will be recalculated at the end of your order process within the application.
  • Promotional cards and gift cards cannot be redeemed for cash.
  • In case of a situation where SEEDO is unable to entertain your order, our Customer Care Department will contact you to fulfill your order or provide a suitable alternative.
  • You are hereby acknowledged that it is a crime to use a false name, false identity/identity card or a known invalid credit card to order. Anyone caught willfully entering an erroneous or fictitious order will have their details passed onto the Police.
  • SEEDO PVT. LTD (SEEDO application) reserves the right to terminate sales with you or suspend or/terminate your access to the application immediately and without notice if you:
    • Fail to complete due payment
    • Breach the terms and conditions
    • Fail to complete due payment
    • Supply incorrect information
    • Engage in fraudulent or illegal activities
Conformity of Goods

Collection of your designated fabric and best-fit-garment (sample) for your order:

  • Needs to be on the same proportions/dimensions as required by the design you’ve selected using the SEEDO application.
  • The fabric provided by the customer for order preparation should be ready-to-stitch thus SEEDO is not responsible for shrinking the fabric or indulge in any such activities prior to stitching.
  • Fabric for your order and best-fit-garment pick-up is only possible between 10:00 AM to 10:00 PM from Monday to Saturdays with the exception of Sundays.

Each consideration is taken to guarantee that the depiction, detail and evaluating of all items appeared on our website and in our indexes are right. The item data and particular information is not binding but is painstakingly considered and proposed to give a general depiction of every item up on the website. SEEDO PVT. LTD will act instantly to address any error identified and are under no lawful commitment to display the cost in the mistake.


We accept most of the credit cards including Master and Visa cards. We also accept payment via Direct Bank Transfer, Keenu, Easypay & JazzCash. All prices displayed are inclusive of sales tax (VAT) at the current rate. Availability of mode of payment may vary without any prior communication.


Please note that all delivery time-frames and durations published on the website or within the application are estimated and may be subject to change. Please refer to our Delivery, Returns & Refunds page for further information.

Reversed, Returned, Refunded & Refused
  • Reversed: If the order delivery is unsuccessful because the customer was not available to receive order in-question, our customer care department will get in touch with the customer to acquire another delivery confirmed. After 3 unsuccessful attempts, the order prepared will be cancelled automatically. We also provide an option of self-pick-up after a 3rd unsuccessful attempt.
  • Returned: If the customers was not satisfied with the delivered order, he/she can return the order to the Rider and then contact the Care Department for a subsequent revision.
  • Refunded: If the order in-question meets the refund criteria it will be refunded after customer confirmation via our care department. The total bill will be returned to the customer in the next 36 to 48 hours.
  • Refused: If the customer refuses to accept the delivered order from the doorstep, our customer care department shall contact the customer in the next 8 hours to resolve the concern or alternatively confirm the cancellation.
Returns & Refunds Policy

Returns will only be accepted within 48 hours of order delivery, whereby the delivered order must be in perfect condition; in original packaging, devoid of stains and unwashed. The returned order requested to be refunded must be the following criterion:

  • The prepared order is not according to the dimensions shared by the customer.
  • The prepared order is worn, damaged or stained upon delivery.
  • The prepared order does not match the pattern/design selected by the customer using the application.
Right to Cancel
  • You can cancel your placed order within the first 24 hours when our customer care representative calls you for order confirmation without any cancellation charges.
  • Cancelation of an order after 24 hours of order placement shall not be entertained.
  • If the necessary criteria met for a total refund, we will refund the total bill using EasyPaisa or Jazz Cash or a Direct Bank Transfer within the next 48 hours of an order-refund request generation.
